It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte L. Justice of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, born in Tiffin, Ohio, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Justice and Cecelia Justice (Branham); her husband Donald Risner; and her brothers, Richard Allen Justice and Charles R. Justice Jr. (Charlotte).
She is survived by: her children, Westley Risner (Jessica) of Greenville, MO, Ashley Risner of Poplar Bluff, MO and Bradley Risner of Poplar Bluff, MO; her grandchildren, Westley Risner, Luke Risner, Spencer Risner, Delilah Risner, Isabella Sandoval and Charlotte Lutes; and her siblings, Rebecca Rose Cunningham (Donnie) of New Washington, OH, Janice Sue Brooks of Lakeland, FL, Ginger Kay Schlarb (Tim) of Lakeland, FL and Larry Dean of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
