With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecilia L. Percy of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on June 25, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sonny Ryon and Thelma Ryon (Laxton); and her siblings, Elijah Ryon, Scott Davis, Wayne Clark, Eugene McFadden, Lois Harris and Wanda White.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Roy Sears of Texas, Tina West of Poplar Bluff and Marshal West of Poplar Bluff; her sister Lilian Davis of Fredericktown; her grandchildren, Brittany Sears, Ryanna West, Elijah West, Virgil Pinkston and Elizebeth Pinkston; and her great grandchild Chasitie Walston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
