He is survived by: his wife Ellen Hogan of Poplar Bluff, MO; his son Carl W Hogan of Houston, TX; his siblings, Phyllis Ann Markem of Clarkton and Gary Neal Hogan (Barbara) of Odessa, TX; his stepson James E. Irvin (Lori) of St. Louis, MO; and his grandchildren, Brennan and Madelineand. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
