She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Thornton and Irene Butler Thrift (Thornton); and her spouse J. C. Harwell. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Harwell (Marlo) of Fairdealing, MO and Justin Harwell (Betsy) of Poplar Bluff, MO; her grandchildren, Corey Buffinton (Chayanne), Brittney Marie Harwell-Digges, Michael Harwell, Mitchel Harwell, Hunter Harwell and Matthew Harwell; her great grandchildren, Montana Buffington, James Buffington, Kaylee Digges, Jayden Digges and Haylee Digges; and her great great grandchild Maylon Donovan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
