She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Foust and Burdie Foust (Woodruff); her husband Charles Ray Pennington; and her brother Robert Foust. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Pennington (Karen), Terry Pennington (Debbie) and Tim Pennington (Theresa); her grandchildren, Heather Hochmuth (DJ), Ryan Pennington (Stephanie), Brittany Bridges (Ben), James Drwenski (Angela), Steven Drwenski and Katrina Cobb; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Josie, Miller, Jude, Norah, Ellie, Addison, Makayla, Josh, Hayden, Courtney, Bentley, Jaxon and McKenzie; her great great grandchildren, Atilea and Everett; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Pennington (Karen) and Barbara Baker.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
