He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen V. Moore, Sr. and Merle M. Moore (Stucker); and his brother Johnny L. Moore. He is survived by: his wife Donna Moore (Jameson); his children, Angela Moore and Steven Allen Moore; his grandsons, Elijah of Poplar Bluff, John of Poplar Bluff, Samuel Moore of Poplar Bluff and Trevor Thurman Moore of Poplar Bluff; and his siblings, Juanita Stucker and Claude Wayne Moore of Poplar Bluff.
