He is survived by: his wife Debrah Munson; his siblings, Brian Munson, Max Jr. Munson of Oklahoma and Delene McCullum of Miami, Oklahoma; his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Munson of Independence and Jarod Munson of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; his stepdaughters, Billie Ann Sallee (Laramie Sallee) of Coffeyville and Sue Ellen Moss of Manford, Oklahoma; and his niece Leah Snow (John Snow) of Poplar Bluff.
