He is survived by: his mother Colleen Dauenbaugh King Simmons; his brothers, Matthew Phenix, Matt Erickson, Brent Maddox, Sean Smith, David Steele, Cami, Joe, John, Aaron and Gene; his half-sister Sylvia King; and his aunt Linda. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins; and a very special friend.
