He is survived by: his children, Michael "Mike" Brown (Mary), Carmen Brown Bentley (Tim Gentry), Travis Brown (Joanne), Burl Brooks, Becky Brooks McAfee (Mike), Richard Brooks (Stephanie) and Joseph "Ben" Brooks (Sasha); and his sister Wanda Earlene Brown Beltz. He is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
