He was predeceased by: his parents, Erbie Light Provow and Loraine Pearl Keith Provow. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Provow; his daughter Amanda Crawford (Les); his grandchildren, Gavin, Aiden and Nash; his stepgrandson Lane Crawford (Merissa); his sisters, Anna May Arnold (Harold Branscum) and Joann Provow; his stepmother Lillian Provow; and his siblings, Ronnie Provow (Barb) and Carolyn Johnson (late Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
