He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Paul Rando, Jr. and Jacqueline Everett; his grandparents, Joseph Paul Rando Sr., Alma Rando, Ruthe Massey and Samuel Everett; and his brother Craig Coffey.
He is survived by: his children, Barry Joseph Rando, Jessica Rando, JohnPaul Rando, Belinda Rando-Short, Jeremy Rando and Kelly Rando; his siblings, Gary Coffey, Shelly Coffey, Shawn Rando and Sheilah Rando; and his grandchildren, Devon, Kayla, Caleb, Kayley, Christian, Ila-Kate (McCarthy), Jude Lee Rando, Joseph Paul Rando, Jesse James Rando, Emma Lee Rando, Ella Ray Allison, DJ Hall, Charlee Hall, Kharma Anderson, Khalana Saucier and Dana Saucier, Jr..
