He is survived by: his parents, Max Hicks (Nina) of Polo and Paula Hicks (Bond) of Liberty; his daughter Elayna Hicks; his significant other Jennifer Porras; his siblings, Jacob Hicks (Emily) of Sedalia, Joely Hicks (Dakota Peel) of Richmond, Jaeger Hicks, Jaxon Hicks and Jace Hicks; his aunts and uncles, Bonnie Bond of Kansas City, Loralyn Benton (Steve) of Springfield, Paul Bond of Kansas City, Adriana Gorham (Bill) of Polo and Kenny Hicks (Kathy) of Polo; his grandparents, Dwayna Bond of Polo, Maxine Hicks of Polo and Dean Hicks (Ingrid Shipley) of Polo; his nephew Kycen "Spud" Peel; his mother-in-law Martina Gonzalez; and his brothers-in-law, Adrian, Alvaro and Alexander Porras. He is also survived by four stepsiblings.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are appreciated for the care of Jennifer Porras and Elayna Hicks in Justin's absence.
