She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Barkalow and Barbara Barkalow (Bradford); and her sister Michelle Barkalow. She is survived by: her husband Dan; her daughters, Sarah Cooper (Will) of Polo, MO and Angie Thompson (Gil Gerrell) of Richmond, MO; her grandchildren, Lillian Cooper of Kansas City, MO, Eugene Thompson II of Richmond, MO and Cheyenne Cooper of Polo, MO; and her siblings, MerleLee Pugh of Creston, IA and John Barkalow (Jonan) of Creston, IA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
