He is survived by: his wife Tammy Clouse of Polo, MO; his children, Phillip Clouse (Piper) of Lee's Summit, MO, Joan Gorman (Mike) of Kansas City, MO and Daniel Clouse (Brooke) of Blue Springs, MO; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Rupe of Richmond, MO and Ashley Harrison of Richmond, MO; his grandchildren, Alyssa Gorman of Kansas City, MO, Alex Murphy (Brendan) of St, Brennan Clouse of Omaha, NE, Molly Clouse of Maryville, MO, Jackson Clouse of Maryville, MO and Landon Clouse of Maryville, MO; and his stepgranddaughter Alexis Rupe of Lee's Summit, MO.
