He was predeceased by: his sisters, Delphine Nicahypor and Mary Brown. He is survived by: his wife Donna Angell; his sons, Dean Anthony Jr. Kilgore (Donna) of Kingsport, TN, Daniel Robert Kilgore (Sherrie) of Johnson City, TN, Dustin Allen Kilgore (Tena) of Holt, MO and Dennis Lee Kilgore (Wendy) of Winslow, ME; and his siblings, Herbert Harry Kilgore (Pance) of Cookeville, TN and Alice Dennis of Massachusetts. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
