He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Allen and Etwell Pearl Allen (Pemberton). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hicks; his children, David Allen and Kim Hildreth (Robert); his siblings, Debbie (Larry) and Don (Darlene); his stepsons, Mike Hicks (Shaun) and Doug Hicks; and his pet L. B.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lake Viking Church.
