He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Leuthauser and LaQuetta Gipson Leuthauser; and his siblings, Russell Sanders and Kathy Pratt Sanders. He is survived by: his former wife Katherine Ditmore; his fiancée Sallie Applegate of Plevna, Missouri; his daughters, Shannon (Steve Van Dam) and Shaylin Sanders of Irvine, California; his sister Kelly Beuson of Arizona; his half-siblings, Tamara Griggs of St. Louis, Missouri, Ray of St. Louis, Missouri and Steve Leuthauser of St. Louis, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Chase and Ashlyn Van Dam.
