She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Herman "Levi" and Edna May Nimmo (Carrier); her husband Hubert Lee; her son Eugene Highfill; her siblings, Junior Nimmo and Dortha Poynter; and her grandchildren, Dustin Wright and Jesse Highfill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda (Rick Wright) of Elkland, MO and Rebecca (Randy Johnson) of Halfway, MO; her daughter-in-law Ginny Highfill of Fair Grove, MO; and her siblings, Sherman Dwain Nimmo of Buffalo, MO, David Nimmo of Springfield, MO, Viola Johnson of Halfway, MO and Freda Mitchell of Halfway, MO. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Crystal Quick, Ashley Martin, Johnny Wright, Kara Ashton, Katie Highfill, and Joe Johnson; three step-grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Homemakers Plus or the Mt. Olive Cemetery Fund.
