She was predeceased by: her parents, Kipp Mares and Margie Mares; her brother Lonnie Mares; her grandmother Thelma Biller; her aunt Thelma Campbell; her father-in-law Daryl Wood; and her pet Peanut.
She is survived by: her husband Greg Wood; her children, Greg Wood II (Ashlee) and Megan Wood; and her grandchildren, Tawnee and Tanner Wood. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
