He is survived by: his son Tracy Self (Gina); his stepson Michael Stokes; his grandchildren, Travis Cozad (Crystal, Morgan Self), Laney Self and Tristan Self; his great grandchildren, Blake Cozad and Boone Cozad; and his sister Robbi Pool.
