He is survived by: his wife Iva Jo Duckworth (Fausett); his grandchildren, Brandon Smith (Heather), Jeremy Bumgarner (Josie), Derek Bumgarner (Hannah) and Stacy Moore (Cecil); his great grandchildren, Jakari, Kam, Mack, Braxton, Skylar, Hudson, Xavier, Benton, Jada and Makayla; his sons-in-law, Jerry Bumgarner and Lee Smith; and his siblings, Andy Duckworth (Carol), Elter Lawson (Carl), Pauline Lee, Alene Trent and Carolyn Hannaford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
