He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Evelyn Cotton (Hall); and his grandparents, Buford, Rachel Cotton (Hamilton), Arthur and Virginia Hall (Twilling).
He is survived by: his father James William "Bill"; his wife Anne E. Cotton (Weishar); his children, Laura Anne Mancinelli (Anthony) and Jeffrey William Cotton (Karli); his siblings, Tim Cotton (Cindy) and Tammy Kelley (Kirk); and his mothers-in-law, Doris Gleason and Beverly Weishar. He is also survived by brothers and sisters and their spouses, and many Nieces and Nephews.
With love and deepest regards for his mother, Mary Evelyn Cotton, it was Bill's wish that contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association in his memory.
