It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcella (Mares) Bollinger of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcos Mares and Eva Maria Alicia Mares (Martinez); and her siblings, Irene Jenkins and Luciano Mares. She is survived by: her sons, Marc Avery Bollinger (Kristin) of Blue Springs and Neil Bollinger; her siblings, Joe Mares (Patricia) of Warrensburg, Fernando Mares of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Viola Solary of Independence, Missouri; her grandchildren, Chance Bollinger, Abigail Lewis (Taylor) and Taylor Bollinger; and her nieces, Camilla McGinnis and Marie Smith. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
