He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth E. Hay and Pauline Emma Hay (Taylor). He is survived by: his wife Linda Hay; his children, Michael Hay (Destiny Hay) and Thomas Hay (Alicia Foss); his grandchild Colby Hay; his sister Patricia Carnine; his stepbrother Gary Whitlow; and his nieces, Nicole Lynn Schofield, Natalie Carnine and Nora Carnine.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bridget Catholic Church (2103 Lexington Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO 64080).
