She is survived by: her mother Mary Jo Logan (Walker) of Claycomo, Missouri; her husband Kenneth Folsom; her sons, Jacob Logan, Justin Logan of Independence Missouri, Charles Folsom of Plattsburg Missouri and Shane Adams of Kearney Missouri; her brother John S. Logan; and her close friend Tammy Clark. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
