He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Webb and Sarah Webb; and his brother Gerald Webb. He is survived by: his friends, Bill, Pat, Gary, John and Carol; his wife Anita Webb; his sons, Ray Webb (Jyl) and Tod Webb (Papattanan); his sisters, Bonnie Jackson (Bill) and Beverly Shepherd (Gary); his brother-in-law Bill Pendleton; and his grandchildren, Mason, Logan, Ashlynn and Justin.
