It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Ann Lawson of Platte Woods, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Kansas, who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Brown and Sarah Brown (Shields); and her sister Marlene. She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her former husband Charles Lawson; her son Sam; her grandsons, Brian (Danielle), Nicholas and Cole; and her great grandchildren, Charles and William.

“I was so sorry to read of Clarann's passing. To Sam and the rest of her family I send my deepest condolences. She was a beloved friend of many years, beginning back in the 1950s when my family moved to Platte Woods. The hours we spent visiting and sharing in each other's homes are too numerous to count. She was just one of the sweetest and nicest people I have ever known, and I will always cherish the memories of our friendship.”
