He is survived by: his daughter Donna Smith (Bill) of California, Missouri; his stepson Ricky Yazel (Marilyn) of Enid, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Deanna Minyard (John) of Camden Point, Dustin Minnick (Kristy) of Oak Grove, Mark Keefer (Jennie) of Enid, Kevin Keefer of Enid and Derrick Yazel (Breanne) of Vinita, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Samatha Young, Cheyenne Minnick, Chase Kampe, Austin Kampe, Ashlin Kampe, Travis Kampe, Alex Keefer, Drew Keefer, Keiley Yazel and Koltyn Yazel; his great great grandchildren, Abby Young, Jax Young and Hazel Howerton; his sister-in-law Gerry Ketron; his nieces, Judi Warren and Stacy Geritz; his nephew Steve Ketron; and his cousin Pat Bigler.
