He was predeceased by: his father William Harold; and his wife Kristi Marie. He is survived by: his mother Joanna Koontz; his children, Kristi Koontz McNeary (Mark) and Billy Koontz; his grandsons, Tristan Walsh and Will Koontz; and his sister Debbie Koontz Steinberg (Marty). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
