He was predeceased by: his wife Jean. He is survived by: his children, Doug Smith of Independence, David Smith of Wentzville and Julie Larson (Rick) of Joplin. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren, Eleven great-grandchildren, Two great-great-grandchildren.
