He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jean Todd Brandt and George Leonard Brandt; his sister Vicky Talbott; his uncles, Joe Todd and Charles Moses; his aunt Kathryn; his father-in-law Raymond Martin; and his brothers-in-law, John Martin, Claude Evertson and Bill Peek.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Brandt; his son Barry Brandt (Bridget); his grandchildren, Cason and Brea Brandt of Smithville, MO; his son Mike Brandt (Jillian) of Durant, OK; his sister Kathy Young (Dan); his siblings-in-law, Penny Evertson, Vicky Fugett (George), Nancy Peek, Patti Blankenship (Jerre), Liz Canole (Randy), Buddy Martin (Sheila) and Kevin Martin; and his mother-in-law Thelma Martin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the First Christian Church of Ferrelview.
