With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Webb (Platte City, Missouri), born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on November 10, 2019 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his stepfather William Moore; and his grandmother Reva Sowards. He is survived by: his daughter Destiny Webb; his stepsons, Alex and Caton Reynozo; his parents, Rita Moore and Ronald Webb (Pam); and his siblings, Ronald Webb, Michele Springs (Frankie) and Christina Hanson (Don). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
