It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Porter (Platte City, Missouri), born in Pampa, Texas, who passed away on August 26, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Beryl and Jessie Isabel Barker (Bowker); her spouse Lynn Neil Porter; and her daughter Katy Cook. She is survived by: her children, Mark Porter (Ann) of Lee's Summit, MO, Brad Porter (Mary) of Bonne Terre, MO, Clay Porter (Debbie) of Riverside, MO, Leah Pease (Bob) and Elisabeth Putman of Richmond, MO; and her son-in-law Richard Cook of Edwardsville, KS. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.
