He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Johnson and Jean Johnson (Twombly). He is survived by: his son Brad Johnson of Olathe, KS; his wife Carolynn Johnson (Nightingale); his son Justin Johnson of Platte City, MO; and his siblings, Greg Johnson (Mary) of Troy, KS and Mary Jean Kuester of Hollister, MO. He is also survived by five grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to The American Heart Association, The American Cancer Society, or a charity of their choice.
