He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin David and Pearl Lucille Plank (Babcock); his wife Joyce Marie Ellis; and his sisters, Ellen Winters and Dorothy Bukhall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Nordyke (Scott) and Melinda Campbell (Bobbie) of Johns Creek, GA; his grandchildren, Nicole O'Hern Ceara (Sean), Dylan Campbell and Erin Campbell; his great grandchildren, Roslyn, Charlotte, Corinne O'Hern and Ellacy Matsuda; and his sisters, Barbara Bindord and Phyllis Kinser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
