He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix F. Hernandez, Sr. and Mary Louise Alvarez. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Allen; his stepfather Paul Llamas of Abilene; his children, Loreeta Heart (Frank) of Salina, Jennifer Hernandez of Menasha, Yolonda Taylor (Luis) of Platte City, Sonya Bell (Marcus) of Zumbro Falls, Steven Kiggans of Montgomery and Matt Hernandez (Kristan) of Salina; and his siblings, Michael (Marlene), Bernie Hernandez (Annette) of Abilene, Katherine Dobkins (John) of Abilene and Mary Strunk (Teresa) of Wichita. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
