He is survived by: his stepfather Clifton Smith; his sons, Edward Lee Stice (Joan), Danny Joe Stice (Shirley), Scott Dale Stice (Paula), Lonnie Dean Stice (Star) and David Wayne Stice; his siblings, Bob Stice (Arlene), James Stice (Judy), Otho Ray Stice (Ulla), Rex Stice (Cindy), Rick Stice, Randy, Donnie Stice (Julie), Larry Smith (Raenelle), Debbie Shefferd, Linda Catlett (Mark), Patty Frazier-Murphy (Jim), Virginia Ernst and Judy Agee (Arlo); and his sister-in-law Leona Stice. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
