He is survived by: his sons, Danny Clark (Teresa) of Lebanon, MO and Darrin Cook (Cameron) of Lynchburg, MO; his grandchildren, David Cook (Stacey), Rilee Cook, Tyler Clark, Tim Clark, Ashly Akers (Sandy), Stetson Welch and Whitley Welch; his great grandchildren, Carli, Carson, Cambrey, Branch Cook, Gracie, Lanie, Gus and Charlie Akers; his siblings, Leland Cook of Bolivar, MO, Leonard Cook of Lynchburg, MO, James Cook (Darlene) of Lebanon, MO and Ruth Randolph (Randy) of Lebanon, MO; and his sister-in-law Eula Fay Cook. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
