He was predeceased by: his parents, MaryAnna Hathaway (Sutton) and Basil Hathaway; his father-in-law Lloyd Steward; his siblings, John, Jim, Kay Hall and Gay Cook (Wayne Cook); and his half-siblings, Charles, Bud, Paul Hathaway, Pauline Jones and Nilah Byrd.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Steward; his children, Steven, Steve Hathaway (Lori) of Plato, MO and LeAnn Davidson (Bill) of Rineyville, KY; his grandchildren, Blake Davidson of Elizabethtown, KY, Mason Davidson of Rineyville, KY, Steven Hathaway, Jr. of Denver, CO, Jacob Hathaway of Kansas City, MO, Brittany Cook of Okinawa and Sydney Davidson of Rineyville, KY; and his siblings, Sam Hathaway (Gretta) of Licking, MO and Anne Massey of Success, MO. He is also survived by four great-granddaughters, and two great-grandsons; as well as many other family members and friends.
