She was predeceased by: her grandfather Clois Cook. She is survived by: her parents, Bob Cook and Connie Cook; her brother Jason (Alesha) of Plato; her grandmother Eula Faye Cook; her nephews, Devin Cook and Colton Cook; and her niece Chloe Cook. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, friends.
