He is survived by: his parents, Richard L. Allen Sr. and Shanon Mayes; his sisters, Briana Allen and Shyla Allen; his grandparents, Terri Mayes, Richard and Mary Allen; and his great-grandparent Betty Allen. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
