She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Springer and Marjorie Springer (Walmsley); her husband Elmo Hunter; and her brothers, Rick Springer, Ken Springer and Calvin.

She is survived by: her sons, William Schroder (Rochelle) and Paul Schroder (Leni); her grandchildren, Mitch, Heather Kingston, Brian, Matthew, John, Sheena and Christopher Schroder; her great grandchildren, Thomas, Holden, Jeff, Raylynn, Jaylen and Nolan; and her siblings, Marvin Meredith Jr., Charlotte, Charlene, Karen, Betty, Marva and Becky.
