She is survived by: her spouse Delbert Ray Flaker; her children, Carol Flaker Simpson of Redondo Beach and Gerald Flaker of Carthage; her granddaughters, Kori Flaker Sands of Columbia, Kate Simpson of Springfield and Alexis Simpson Cavish of Rosemead; her son Michael Wayne Flaker; and her grandson Russel Sloan Flaker.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Joplin Association for the Blind (JAB).
