He was predeceased by: his son Thomas Joseph; his sisters, Mary Jane Haynie, Frances Butler and Dorothy Williams; and his stepson Patrick McClay.
He is survived by: his wife Courtney; and also, Jane O'Brien (Pryor), John O'Brien (Dee), Michael O'Brien (Carolyn), Arden Riley (Tom), Patricia O'Brien, Leslie Dawkins (Randy) and Michelle Bowers (Fred). He is also survived by grandchildren and several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are being directed to Solace House of the Ozarks c/o the funeral home.
