He is survived by: his children, Smokey Roughton (Jon) of Pineville, Teresa Breeding (Travis) of Seymour, Indiana, Marc Williams of Richmond, Garrett Williams of Bentonville and Ron Williams of Spokane, Washington; his stepdaughter Sonia Walker of Centerton, Arkansas; and his sister Shirley Hawkins (Jerry) of Charleston, Oregon. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
