He was predeceased by: his parents, John Roughton and Bertha Skidmore Roughton; his former wife Ruth Ann Moore Roughton; and his siblings, Austin Roughton, Bobby Roughton, Steve Roughton and Patsy Holliday.
He is survived by: his wife Dee; his brother Ronald Roughton; and also, Arthur Roughton (Karen), Brian Roughton (Raychelle), Tony Roughton (Crystal), Richard Roughton (Robbi), Frank Roughton (Tiffany) and Michelle Lewis (Ben). He is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
