He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Lewis and Blanche Lewis (Akehurst); his great grandchildren, Kody Long and Graydon Lammers; his brothers, John Henry, Carl, Lonnie and Teddy Lewis; and his son-in-law Mike Kelly.
He is survived by: his spouse Neirene Harriet Lewis; his children, Phyllis Cooper (Jack) of Neosho, Della Kelly of Pineville, Missouri, Donald Lewis (Dianna) of Springfield, Gerald Lewis (Elethy), Wayne Lewis (Teresa) of Avilla and Carl Lewis (Deborah) of Goodman, Missouri; and his siblings, Frankie Lewis (DeeDee) of Pineville and Ruth Drake. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; thirty-one great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
