He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Ken Johnsen and Marilyn Awe Johnsen; and his sister Jolene Cerezo. He is survived by: his wife Joy Norton Johnsen; his daughter Mendy Johnsen; his siblings, Dennis Johnsen, Vonnie Ratcliff, Stephany Johnsen, Lori Stubbs and Lynnie Parsons; and his grandchildren, Maddilyn Samuelson, JT Burgess and Noah Johnson.
