She was predeceased by: her parent Evertt Scott. She is survived by: her mother Merlene Scott of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; her husband Burl Frazier of Pineville, Missouri; her siblings, Garry Scott (Angie) of Parrish and Wanda Kay Clipp (Wayne) of Arvada, Colorado; her sons, Brent Frazier (Didi) of Bella Vista and Brandon Frazier of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; and her grandchild McKenna Frazier of Bella Vista. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
