She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Hair of Oklahoma and Helen Hair (Bogusky) of Janesville; her husband David Simmons; her children, Roy Simmons of Pineville, Brandie Simmons (Justin Gouge) of Goodman, Michael Simmons (Danielle) of Noel, Kevin Simmons of Noel and John Simmons of Pineville, Missouri; her siblings, John Hair of Janesville and Sue Simmons of Aubrey, Texas; her grandchildren, Clayton Gouge, Joshua Simmons, Bradley Gouge, Waylon Gouge, Zavyn Simmons, Jaxson Simmons and Colton Gouge; and her friend Ellen.
